Dealing with Aggressive Roosters

Rooster attacks can be serious. One of our customers asked us what she should do with a rooster that suddenly turned aggressive.

President Theodore Roosevelt gave the best rooster advice, “Speak softly and carry a BIG STICK.” And yes, this does work!

In the mornings, I carry a big stick. Most of the time, you just need to give the rooster a little poke in his direction for him to clear his head.

Did this work for our customer?

She texted back, “Well, I am once again Queen of the Farm! With broom in hand, all roosters (namely Ringo) run in terror and bow before me. I only had to brandish said implement and the effect was complete surrender. Thank you for the sage advice.” —Mrs. D.
